讲授新课 Independent: Finish the independent part on learning guide before the class. Involve : Activity 1: Revision Review what they have learned from last lesson and let Ss think about what Betty did in Paris. 1.T shows some picture about some famous places in Pairs and introduces them. In this way, let Ss be familiar with these places. Activity 2: Preparation 1.let Ss look at the picture in activity 5 and try to describe them with the sentences, talk about what they did in these pictures. T wirtes down the sentences. 2.Ask students to work in pairs to make a passage about these picture with the simple past tense. Then let Ss say it out in front of the whole class. Activity 3: Scanning and Skimming Task 1: Read the passage and finish the form in activity 2 Task 2: Read the passage and check the true sentences in activtiy1, then finish the exercises in Activity 3 and Activity 4 T and Ss check the answers together and Ss watch the video in E-book in order to be familiar with the email.
