一、知识点
【语法】
语法:祈使句
(一)祈使句表达嘱咐、劝告、希望、禁止、请求或命令等
(二)祈使句没有主语,说话的对象是“你”或“你们”
以动词原形开头,无时态和数的变化
否定形式在动词原形前加don’t
Eg: Please close the door. 请关门。
Hurry up. 快点!
Don’t be late again. 不要再迟到了。
Don’t bring any food or drink into the lab next time.
下次不要把食物和饮品带入实验室
【积累】
1.open doors for others 为其他人开门
2.on time 准时;按时
in time 及时
All the time 一直
From time to time 偶然;有时
Eg: You should go to school on time.
你应该按时到校。
3.listen与hear的区别:
listen to… “听”强调动作
hear… “听见”强调结果
Eg: Please listen to the teacher carefully.
请仔细听老师讲课。

你能听见我说话吗?
4.all right 好吧
5.hold on to 抓住;保存;坚持
Eg: Hold on to everything we find.
保存好我们找到的一切。
6.point at/to… 指着
point out 指出
注意: to强调远,at强调近
Eg: I can point out the sights of Beijing for you.
我可以为你指出北京的景点。
7.low (形容词) 低的---(反义词)high (形容词) “高的”
short (形容词) “矮的” ---(反) tall (形容词) “高的”
at the lowest 最低;最少
low season 淡季
Short与low的区别:
Short可以指人,也可指物体短
Low一般指水平、数字、速度等低
tall与high的区别:
tall一般指人的身高
high一般指建筑物高
Eg: The building is too tall.
建筑物太高了。
The boy is so short.
这个男孩太矮了。
8.show respect 显示尊重
show sth.to sb.= show sb.sth.给某人展示某物
Show (动词) “出示;给...看” (名词) “秀;表演”
Eg: magic show 魔术表演
Please show me that book.
= Please show that book to me.
请给我看看那本书。
9.a way of doing sth. 做某事的方法
A way to 地点 去某地的路
A way to do sth. 做某事的方法
Eg: Reading English books is a good way to learn English.

When you wave to a friend, you are using body language.When you smile at someone, you mean to be friendly.When you put one finger in front of your mouth, you mean “ be quiet”.
Yet, people in different countries may use different body languages.
Once an Englishman was in Italy.He could speak little Italian.One day while he was walking in the street, he felt hungry and went into a restaurant.When the waiter came, the Englishman opened his mouth, put his fingers into it and took them out again and moved his lips.In this way, he meant to say, “Bring me something to eat.” But the waiter brought him a lot of things to drink, first tea, then coffee and then milk, but no food.
The Englishman was sorry that he was not able to tell the waiter he was hungry.He was ready to leave the restaurant when another man came in.The man put his hands on his stomach, and this body language was good enough for the waiter.In a few minutes, the waiter brought him a large plate of bread and meat.
