Step 3知识点拨 （long and difficult sentences）
1. Second，shopping takes a lot of time. 其次，购物通常要花费很多时间。
take 表示“花费”，常用句型 It takes sb. some time/money to do sth.
e.g.。It takes me an hour to finish my homework.我写作业花费了一个小时
2 First, you choose something — clothes, ticket, a mobile phone, even a new computer—and pay for it.
首先，你选好某样东西—衣服，票，手机，甚至一台新电脑—然后付钱就可以了。
pay 这里的意思是付钱，也作“花费”讲，其用法为 sb. pays some money for sth.
