first of all 1) 名词,第一 2) 副词,首先 at first 只能是副词,首先,起先 区别first of all 首先;第一 at first 表示顺序上的先后。
如大家来踢球,首先是小王踢,那就用at first。

①如果there be 后为可数名词单数或不可数名词,be用is,若为可数名词复数,be用are。

②如果there be后的主语包含两者或两者以上,be的形式适用于就近原则,故be与离它最近的主语在数上保持一致。

2、look为不及物动词,单独使用,用以引起对方的注意。
3、look at是由动词look和介词at组成的词组,后面可以带宾语,侧重“看”的动作。
4、see为及物动词,意为“看见”,侧重“看”的结果。be careful with sth. 小心(做/处理)某物
