Unit1 Once upon a time…
教学设计
教学目标
1.知识目标
掌握本单元黑体的词汇;能按时间顺序描述事情。
2.能力目标
能听懂简单故事中的主要人物和事件;能用一般过去时描述过去的事情;能讲简单的故事或事情。
3.情感目标
通过阅读童话故事提高对英语的学习兴趣,感受学习英语的乐趣。参加各种英语活动,克服困难,在新环境中进一步树立准确的语言学习观。
教学重难点及突破策略
根据英语听说课的特点及学生实际,本课的重、难点为“听”和“说”两个方面。即在听、说的过程中进行相关技能的培养和提升。在重点突出、难点突破上,通过设置一系列的情境和任务链,采用小组互助合作的学习模式,教师点拨、专项练习、印发导学案、欣赏视频等方式逐层突破,夯实知识、提升能力。
教具、教法
为了更好地完成教学目标与任务,达到理想的效果,我充分运用到了各种教具,如多媒体课件、英语教学光盘、多媒体视频、小黑板、印发导学案等等,用到的教学方法是自主、互助、合作、探究式的小组教学法、欣赏视频、竞赛等方法。
教学过程

Step1 情景导入(Leading-in)
Class report : My past life.
(设计意图:课前两分钟的演讲,起到了承上启下的作用。一是可以复习巩固前面学过的知识;二、能够将学生的注意力快速吸引到本节英语课的学习上来 — 讲故事。)
Step2 多层听(Listening)
1.一听:Listen and check (√)the true sentences.
1) The story is The Three Bears.
2) Goldilocks lived in the forest.
3) The story begins: Once upon a time …
4) She decided to go for a ride in the forest.

What happened next? Watch the CD-ROM(教学光盘).(意图:教学光盘的欣赏,能够激起学生进一步探究新知的兴趣。)
2.二听:Listen and number the pictures. (Before listening, match the words with the pictures: be lost, count, enter, hurry, knock, notice, pick, push) (幻灯片展示图片)
(设计意图:根据文本素材、听的规律及学生实际设计低起点、多层次的听的任务,注意指导学生听的技巧与方法,而且每一次听都有明确的任务和要求,使学生有事可做、知道怎么做。)
Step3 对话处理(Deal with the conversation)
1. Answer the questions. Use these words (bowl, flower, hungry, room, small).
1)What did she pick in the forest?
2)Where in the house did she look into?
3)Where was the food?
4)Why did she pick up the bowls?
5)Which bowl did she like?
2. Read and deal with some difficulties in groups.
(师质疑:She hurried to the house to ask where she was.)

知识点拨:
1)She decided to go for a ride in the forest.她决定去森林里骑马。(decide to do sth. 意为“决定干某事”。)
2)Goldilocks … picked some flowers. 中“pick”意思是“摘”,常用于表示“摘果实,摘花”等。
She picked up the biggest bowl.中“pick up”意为“拾起、捡起”。(注意:接名词作宾语时,可置于中间也可后面;接代词作宾语时,须置于pick和up之间。如:
That’s an apple. Pick it up. 那是个苹果,把它捡起来。)

Step4 多层说(Speaking)
1. Task1(任务一)Tell the story in groups(小组链式活动,一个同学描述一幅图片).

Snow White (设计意图:欣赏一段关于“白雪公主”的视频,一是学生在紧张的学习之后稍稍放松一下;二是为后面的说提供一定的素材。)
2. Task2 (任务二) 学以致用(看图说话)
Possible words: queen(王后), king(国王), kingdom(王国), grow up(成长), stepmother(继母), cruel(残忍), hate(恨), kill(杀死), run away from…(逃跑), cottage(小木屋)
3. Task3 (任务三)你的朋友王慧因病未能来上学,请你写一封电子邮件给她讲一个你今天学过的故事。
