(1)用来询问事物的数量,后接不可数名词。如:

(3)用来询问价格时,可单独使用,也可用how much money。如:
How much (money) is this pair of shoes?这双鞋多少钱?
◆How many的用法
how many用来修饰可数名词的复数, 它的句式是:How many+复数名词+一般疑问句。对there be句型中主语的数量提问时,如果主语是可数名词,一般用“How many+可数名词复数+are there+地点/时间状语?”的句型提问。如:
How many books are there on the desk?桌子上有多少本书?
◆how often多久一次,对频率提问,答语通常是Twice a day/week/month. 如:
How often do you go to the cinema?你多久去一次电影院?◆how long多长(时间);多久,对一段时间进行提问,答语通常是(For) three days/weeks/months等时间段,它可用于各种时态。如:
How long does it take you to finish your homework every day?
你每天花多长时间完成作业?
◆how soon多久之后,对某动作发生的一段时间提问,答语通常是“in+一段时间”,可用在一般将来时的句子中,如:
How soon will you be ready?
