教材分析 本课是新标准三年级起点六年级上册Module7 Unit 1, 这一单元的课文是奶奶送给Daming一张DVD, 两个人一起在电脑上观看。DVD中展示了一些动物非常有趣的生活习性：大熊猫每天进食12个小时，它们最喜欢吃竹子; 蛇听不到声音，但会随着音乐起舞，因为它们认为晃动的笛子是一种威胁。Daming感谢奶奶送给他这么有趣的礼物。
单元教学目标 知识目标：1.识记词汇：bilieve, snake, together, lucky, bamboo, come out of等。 2.能初步运用句型 ：I don’t believe it. Pandas like bamboo. The snake get frightened。 能力目标：1、能运用重点句型进行简单的对话练习 2、用英文表达蛇，熊猫等动物的生活习性。 情感目标：通过对蛇、熊猫生活习性的学习，培养学生热爱动物的情感。

单元教学反思：本节课，基本环节很完整，上课环节清晰，利用图文解码的方法，突破知识点。但是，有很多需要改进的地方。 课文的新知较多，新单词和新句子都需要一定的巩固练习。 老师说得多，学生做的少。没有凸显学生的主体地位。 判断正误的环节和前面的回答问题有重复，可以省略。 难点突破不够，比如： Why does the snake come out of the box 活动形式不够丰富。
