教学设计
一、 教材分析
本节课是外研版八年级英语下Module 3 Unit 2, 是一节科普阅读课。本节课主要运用现在完成时态，介绍太空，地球，太阳，太阳系，银河系，星系及与宇宙的关系，以及目前人类探索太空的一些实践活动。本节是在第一单元引入完成时态讲解了对火星的探测之后，让学生在本单元加强理解和运用。
二、教学目标：
【知识目标】
掌握正确阅读方法，能够通过跳读迅速抓取文章的主题，读懂以太空为主题的简单文章并识别细节做出正误判断。能理解整篇短文。
【技能目标】能通过反复阅读和理解对课文进行复述。
【情感目标】通过了解中国在太空探索领域取得的伟大成就,增强民族自豪感,通过太空知识的学习,培养学生对天文知识的兴趣和对未知事物的探索精神.
三、教学重难点
重点：读懂文章，理解大意，抓取信息，回答问题。
难点：能够用现在完成时对文章进行复述。

自主活动,二人或四人小组合作探究
五、教学过程
1.Lead-in
播放视频，三月份英国科学家发现超级地球的新闻，教师提出问题，启发学生思考，导入新课
