Unit 7 形容词、副词用法
基本结构
1.比较级的基本结构：形容词／副词比较 级＋ than
e . g . Holly is more outgoing than her sister Molly .霍莉比她姐姐莫莉更外向。
2.同级比较的基本结构： as ＋形容词／副词＋ as
e . g . The ruler is as long as that one .这把尺子和那把尺子一样长。
3.最高级的基本结构： the ＋形容词／副词最高级＋ in / of ...
e . g . Mike ' s home is the closest to the school in our class .迈克的家是我们班离学校最近的。二、常见特殊句型结构：
常见比较级句型：
1.比较级＋ and ＋比较级／ more and more ＋原级，意为"越来越……"。
e . g . It ' s getting warmer and warmer in spring .春天天气变得越来越暖和。
2.the ＋比较级， the ＋比较级，意为"越……，就越……"。
e . g . The busier he is , the happier he feels .他越忙，就越开。
3.the＋比较级＋ of the two ，意为"两个之中更……的那一个"。
e . g . Our garden is the bigger of the two gardens .这两座花园中，我们的花园比较大。
4.数词＋ times ＋比较级＋ than ，意为"……是……的几倍"。
e . g . Our school is twice bigger than yours .我们学校比你们学校大两倍。
注意：比较级前可以加 much 、 even 、 a lot 、 a bit 、 a little 等修饰语。
e . g . A watermelon is much bigger than an apple .西瓜比苹果大得多
常见最高级句型：
1.one of + the ＋形容词最高级＋复数名词，意为"最……之一"
e . g . Tina is one of the cleverest students in our class .蒂娜是我们班最聪明的学生之一。
2.the ＋序数词＋最高级＋单数名词＋ in ...，意为"是……中第几……"。
e . g . Africa is the second largest continent in the world .非洲大陆是世界上第二大的陆地。
注意：" the ＋最高级＋名词＋其他"可以和"比较级＋ than any other ＋名词＋其他"相互转换。
e . g . Mary is taller than any other student in her class .玛丽比班里任何一个学生都高。= Mary is the tallest student in her class .玛丽是班里最高的学生。
形容词、副词的比较等级变化表
