Three days ago my parents took me to Beijing on vacation. I was very happy when I heard it.
On the way there, I looked out of the window to see the white clouds. I looked down and saw the beautiful city-the capital(首都)of China. It took us about three hours to get to Beijing.Everything was new and interesting because it was my first time to come here. We were tired,so we stayed at a hotel at first.
The next day we visited the Tian'anmen Square(广场). It was really large and wonderful!Then we went to the Palace Museum. It was so large and you could learn a lot about the history of China from it. People said that there were9,999 rooms in the Palace Museum. I became very interested in it. After coming out of it, it was around noon. We ate some different foods, like Beijing Roast Duck and noodles with soybean paste(炸酱面). They were so delicious. After lunch we went to Beijing Zoo. We saw a lot of animals there. The koalas were very cute and the elephants were friendly. Animals are all our friends. We should protect them.
