Self-protection is one of the most important skills for teenagers. Here are some of my suggestions about how to protect ourselves.

Good morning, everyone. It is my great honor to give a speech here. Doctor Zhong Nanshan once said, "Playing sports is just like eating and it's a part of our daily lives." As teenagers, although we are under a lot of pressure and busy with study, we should keep exercising.
I think the best way to relax is through exercise. It's healthy for the mind and the body. Exercise is fun and we can spend time with our friends and family as we play together. For me, running and playing basketball are my favorite sports. I run three times a week and play basketball twice a week.
What's more, we will do sports safely if we follow these suggestions: First, never exercise right after a meal or when you feel hungry or tired. Second, wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Third, warm up to prevent us from getting hurt.

Dear David,
As you know, short videos are very popular with Chinese people. I'm glad to talk about them. As its name suggests, most short videos are less than 5 mimutes. Some shorter ones only last for a few seconds. They are fun to watch and easy to make. It's like a stage where everyone can have his or her own voice.
Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, short videos are a good way to spread news or knowledge. Through short videos, people can share interesting things, gain knowledge and support, or just relax. On the other hand, not all short videos are meaningful and do good to us. Besides, watching short videos too much may be a waste of time and is harmful to our health.
As far as I'm concerned, it's a good way to relax by watching short videos, but it might be wiser for us to limit the time we spend on it.
