教学重点 能综合运用所学的重难点词汇来完成相关任务。

教 学 过 程 Step 1 Discussion1.Show some pictures of places of interest. Tell students the name of them:the Great Wall, Summer Palace, Tian'anmen Square, a Beijing hutong…2.Let students discuss what they can do/eat/buy…in those places.【设计意图】通过讨论为下一步引导学生进行写作奠定基础。Step 2 Practice(3a&3b)Work on 3a1.Let students read the words and phrases in the box.2.Have students fill in the blanks with the words in the box. Then check the answers in class.【Keys:August;hot and sunny;Tian'anmen/the Palace Museum/a Beijing hutong;interesting/beautiful;took some photos/bought something special;I learned something important;Beijing duck;delicious;tired】Work on 3b1.Let students imagine their own activities in Beijing and talk about the questions in 3b with their partners and make notes about the vacation they took.2.Select some students to share their answers in class.【设计意图】以学生感兴趣的北京为景点示例导入话题,以小组讨论的形式让学生为接下来的写作准备素材。Step 3 Guidance on writing methodsWork on 3c.Write a travel diary like Jane’s on page 5.Use your notes in 3b.Ask the students to think about the writing steps. First let students show their own ideas. Then, show the completed writing steps on the blackboard or in PPT and the students can take the opportunity to check their own ideas.写作指导:1)本文为写日记, 因此应用一般过去时态。应注意动词的过去式形式。 2)回顾一下在3b中所回答的问题的情况,然后将这些句子按恰当的逻辑顺序排列在一起,形成条理清晰的一段文字。 3)可以根据旅行的经历再添加一些恰当的想象的句子。 4)再次阅读一遍短文,看有没有错误的句子。 Ss write their diary by themselves. Give any help they need.Step 4 Group work(4)1.Imagine you are all foreigners on vacation in China. You meet each other at the airport on your way home. Talk about what you did on your vacation.2.Students work in groups of four. We can be able to write a travel diary in English. After class, I hope students can review in time in order to master better.
课堂作业 1. 复习Section B2. 阅读Self check 2的短文,并强化记忆所列举动词的一般过去式形式。 3. 总结全单元出现的不规则变化的动词的一般过去式,并努力记住他们。
