教学内容 1．了解有关课余活动的知识并学习相关的单词和短语。2．学习一些询问课余活动及表示进行某项活动的频率的句型。
教学目标 【知识与技能】1.能掌握以下单词： housework, hardly, ever, hardly ever, once, twice, Internet, program, full, swing, swing dance 2.能掌握以下句型：① —What does he do on weekends —He usually watches TV. ② —How often do you watch TV —I watch TV every day. ③ —Does he go shopping —No, he never go shopping. 3.能了解频度副词及词组，用一般现在时简单谈论周末活动情况。【情感、态度与价值观】通过本课的学习，合理安排日程活动，培养学生良好的生活习惯和饮食习惯。
教学重点 1.对6个频度副词细微差异的理解及使用。 2.弄清一般现在时在不同人称下动词形式及提问的变化。
教学难点 1.第三人称单数谓语动词在此核心句型中的运用。2.谈论课余时间的各项活动，初步认识和使用频度副词。
教学准备 乐器、图片、多媒体等。
教 学 过 程 Step 1　Warming up and Leading inGuide students to talk about their weekend activities：Do you like weekends —What do you usually do on weekends —I often/usually do exercise/watch TV/go to the movies…【设计意图】以贴近学生生活的周末活动来导入新课，引起学生的学习兴趣。Step 2　Writing(1a)New wordsShow some pictures on the PPT and teach the new words and phrases in this period：housework, hardly, ever, hardly ever, once, twice, Internet, program, full, swing, swing dance…Work on 1aLet students look at the picture in 1a and discuss what those children usually do on weekends. Let students make a list of their weekend activities and then check the answers.【Keys：1.help with housework；2.watch TV；3.do exercise；4.read a book；5.go shopping】【设计意图】用形象的方式帮助学生掌握新词汇。Step 3　Listening 1(1b)1. Let students look through the pictures again, and pay attention to the frequency words in 1b. Make sure all the students know the meanings of the words.2. Play the recording, and ask students to write the activities next to the correct frequency words.3. Ask students to discuss their answers in pairs and then check the answers in class.【Keys：exercise; read；watch TV；help with housework；go shopping；watch TV】4. Play the recording for the second time and ask students to read after the recording and imitate the pronunciation and intonation.Step 4. Pair work 1. Practice the conversation of 1c. 2. Then ask some pairs to act out their conversations. Work on 2d1. Read the conversation by themselves, then match the activity with the right time. Then let some pairs to act out the conversation in front of the class. Step 7 SummaryIn this class, we learned“频度副词”and how to use them. We can talk about the weekend activities freely.
