教 学 过 程 Step 1　Lead-in1. Ask students about what special food in their hometown （Mapo tofu, gongbao chicken, dumplings...）T：Well, my favorite food is Yunnan Rice Noodles. Do you know how to make them？Now, let's read the passage in 3a and find out how to make them.2. Show some pictures of Yunnan Rice Noodles on the big screen. Let students discuss the ingredients in this special food.【设计意图】引导学生开口表达，既能提高学生的学习兴趣，又为本课时的写作活动做好所用词汇和句型的铺垫。Step 2　Work on 3a1. Show the pictures and the words in the box in 3a on the screen.2. Tell students to look through the passage about Yunnan Rice Noodles and the words in the box carefully.3. Ask students to fill in the blanks with the words in the box.
