教学内容 1. 了解Jill对未来的预测。2. 写一篇小作文,谈谈自己对将来的设想。3. 通过小组调查,了解同学们对机器人的了解情况,让同学们画出自己喜欢的机器人形象。
教学目标 【知识与技能】1. 掌握本课词汇:probably, during, holiday, word2. 复习用will表达一般将来时态的用法。结合机器人这一话题表达自己的想法。3. 能够综合运用所掌握的知识来描述自己未来生活的情况。【情感、态度与价值观】通过引导学生展望未来,及对未来生活的设计,来达到前景教育的目的,同时也通过对前景的设想,让学生在潜移默化中反省自己的现状,使之对目前的学习、生活习惯作适当的调整,并不断的改善自己的现状,使学生的理想观和价值观更为科学,更具发展价值。
教学重点 1. 能运用所给的提示词阅读有关预测未来生活的短文,并能完成相关任务。2. 能运用所学的词汇和句型描述自己未来的生活。
教学难点 能运用所学知识描述自己未来的生活。
教 学 过 程 Step 1 Revision1. Get students to use flashcards to revise the new words and expressions.2. Ask some students to retell the passage in 2b in short.【设计意图】复习上节课的词汇,为本节课写作做好铺垫。Step 2 Fill in the blank and the chart(3a&3b)Work on 3a1. Tell students to read the words in the box in 3a and look through Jill's answer to the question “What will your life be like in the future?” carefully.2. Let students fill in the blanks with the words in the box. Then check the answers in class.Work on 3b1. Let students look at the chart in 3b carefully.2. Ask students to talk about their life 20 years from now in pairs. Let them complete the chart and add more items.3. Get students to write a passage about their life 20 years from now according to their notes by themselves. They can use the information in 3a and 3b to help them.2. Students work in groups to correct their passages.3. Get some students to share their passages in class. Let other students give some advice.【设计意图】根据讨论等活动记下的笔记来完成写作,避免无话可写;合作学习让学生在合作中增进彼此之间的了解。Step 5 Discussion(4)1. Have students first brainstorm a list of needs/problems before they do the activity.2. Let students discuss in groups how they think a robot will help them with schoolwork in the future.3. Get students to look at the box and the chart carefully and then put the words in the correct columns in the chart.2. Have students discuss their answers in groups.
