第4课时 Part B Let’s talk & Let’s act
教学内容
Let’s talk 学生能够在图片、PPT和教师的帮助下,理解对话大意。学生能够按照正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话,并在小组中进行角色扮演。学生能够在情景中,运用核心句型“How do you like this skirt ”询问对于某件商品的印象;运用句型“—How much is this skirt —It’s $89.”询问并回答商品的价格;运用句型“It’s very pretty./It’s too expensive.”描述某件商品。学生能够在语境中,理解“how much, eighty, dollar, pretty, expensive”的意思,并正确发音。
Let’s act 学生能够进一步巩固购物情景中可能用到的核心句型,同时复习巩固衣物类词汇。学生能够根据自己的经济状况,进行合理的消费,养成合理购物的习惯。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1.学生能够在情景中,运用核心句型“How do you like this skirt ”询问对于某件商品的印象。
2.学生能够运用句型“—How much is this skirt —It’s $89.”询问并回答商品的价格。
3.学生能够运用句型“It’s very pretty. It’s too expensive.”描述某件商品。

T: How much is the doggie in the window
Ss: It’s $59.
Step 2: Presentation
1. Look and say
T: Sarah’s birthday is coming. Her mum wants to buy some new clothes for her. They are shopping now. Write down the topic “Shopping”on the blackboard.
Show the three pictures. (课件出示:Let’s talk图片)
Let students look at the pictures carefully. Ask some questions to lead them to predict the main idea of the conversations.
The questions are like these:
① Who are they
② Where are they
③ What do they want to buy
(学生看三幅图片,根据图片内容,进行合理的猜测)
2. Watch and answer
Students watch the cartoon. And find out the answer.
T: They want to buy a skirt. How much is the skirt
Ss: It’s $89.
Write down the sentences“-How much is this skirt -It’s $89.”on the blackboard. Students learn the sentences.
Students practice the sentence structures like this in pairs:

Play the cartoon of Picture 1

Help students understand the word “pretty”.
Point to the skirt and say “It’s pretty. /This skirt is pretty.”
Write down the sentences “-How do you like this skirt -It’s very pretty.” on the blackboard. Students learn the sentences.
Students practice the sentence structures in pairs.
(2) Picture 2 and Picture 3
Play the cartoon of Picture 2 and Picture 3.

Ss: It’s $89.
Show some pictures to help students understand the sentences.
