Present Perfect Tense
现在完成时
表示从过去已经开始持续到现在的动作或状态，可以和表示“从过去某一时刻延续到现在的一段时间状语”连用，如“for+时间段”、“since+过去时间点”、“since+过去时的从句”、“since+一段时间+ago”。且for与since引导的时间状语可以相互转换。
since , for 的用法:
since: 自…...以来
1)since+时间点
He has stayed here since 5 o’clock.
2)since+ 时间段+ ago
He has stayed here since 5 hours ago.
3)since+ 从句(句子要用一般过去时态）
She has taught English since he came here.
for: (长达）for+ 时间段
He has kept the book for 2 weeks.
since＋一段时间＋ago＝for＋时间段;
since two weeks ago=for two weeks;
I have kept the library book for a week.
= I have kept the library book since a week ago.
在现在完成时态中，for与since引导的时间
状语可以相互转换。
It is + 时间段 +since +一般过去时的句子.
1.他的爷爷已经去世2年了。
2.Nick参军三年了。
3.他离开深圳好长时间了。
4.这本书我已借了4个月了。

延续性动词和非延续性动词的用法
现在完成时表示动作从过去某个时候开始一直持续到现在,与一段时间连用时应注意句中的谓语动词应该是延续性动词。非延续性动词不可和表示一段时间的词连用。如:
我离开这所学校已经八年了。
误:I’ve left this school for 8 years.
正:I’ve been away from this school for 8 years./I left this school 8 years ago.
常见非延续性动词和延续性动词的转变
第一类：短暂性动词 be + adj.
