On Tuesday, a sudden heavy rain caused floods in Zhengzhou. More than 160 trains stopped services at Zhengzhoudong Railway Station. A large number of passengers couldn’t leave the subway. The floods killed many people and many people were missing.
Floods usually come quickly. You can prepare something at home in case. Prepare some food that can be stored for a long time. Bottled water and medicine are necessary. Pack some warm clothes for each person. Put them in a backpack that you can easily find.
When floods come, don’t be nervous. You may have only a short time to run away. You must stay away from water as quickly as you can and stay on high ground to wait for others to save you. The high place is your best choice. Try not to call with your phone. Text people where you are and your personal information.
