How to build a beautiful city.
Recently, Everyone has work hard to build a beautiful city. As middle students, it is our duty to do some helpful things.
First, we should follow/obey the rules. On the road, we mustn’t cross the street when the traffic lights turn red or we can’t ride side by side. It’s very dangerous. Besides, it’s against the rules to speak loudly in the public because we may bother others. Second, it’s necessary for us to take some steps to protect our environment. We should throw rubbish into the dustbins. And we should turn off the lights when leaving the rooms so that we can save energy. Finally, we should be a polite person. We are not supposed to pick up flowers or step on the grass. In addition, when we wait for the bus, we should stand in line.
All in all, it’s not easy to build a beautiful city. Everyone needs to make a contribution. So let’s take action and work together from now on. I believe our city will become better and better.
My progress
I have been a middle school student for almost three years during the time, I have made great progress in my life and studies. Now I would like to share my progress with you.
First, I have got a lot of life skills. For example, I have learnt how to cook and I am able to make a lot of delicious dishes. Moreover, I used to be a lazy child who didn’t like doing housework, but now I can tidy my room all by myself. Second, I have mastered a few useful learning methods. Going over lessons before doing homework is one of them. Besides, I have learnt to do exercises in a limited time and I have got good marks because of it. Third, I have got into the habit of going to bed early and getting up early. In addition, Eating healthily is quite helpful for me. I have eaten more vegetables and fruit instead of junk food.
All in all, I feel so satisfied to see the progress that I have made. In the future, I will keep doing what is right and become better and better.
I Love My Middle School
I will graduate from my middle school in a few months. I love my school so much. I think I need to do something to express my gratitude to her.
First, it’s our duty to protect the school environment. Every time I see some rubbish, I pick it up and throw it into the dustbin. When I am the last student to leave the classroom, I always remember to turn off the lights. Second, I always obey the school rules. I get to school on time every day and I am never late for class. When I read in the school library, I always keep quiet. Third, I respect my teachers and classmates very much. I always say hello to my teachers when I meet them. Last but not least, in order to get the best score in the entrance exam for high school, I study hard every day. When I meet some difficulties , I always try my best to overcome them. Safety is important to us all. As teenagers, we must learn how to protect ourselves.
When we are at home, we are supposed to be careful when we use electricity. And before answering the door, we’d better first see whether he is a stranger. When we are in school, remember not to chase each other in the hallway because we will get hurt easily. Besides, in order to avoid hurting ourselves, we should warm up in advance when doing sports . In public, we must pay more attention to the traffic safety and obey the rules in the street. And we should never swim the river.

With the development of technology, there are many useful inventions in our daily lives. The household robot is one of them. Now let me tell you something about it.

One thing I keep doing
It’s not easy but very important to keep doing something. One of the things (that) I keep doing is reading books. Now let me tell you something about it.
The reason why I keep reading is that I think it’s helpful and meaningful to me. Through reading, I can increase my knowledge and know more about the world. Besides, there is a magic world in the books. When I swim in the sea of the books, I am always filled with the warmth through the truth, the kindness and the beauty between the lines.
Since I got in into the habit of reading, it has changed me a lot. I feel relaxed after I read. And it brings a lot of happiness and pleasure to me. Thanks to reading, I have made many friends who like reading as well. We often talk about the books together and share our opinions and feelings.
