1) T: Now, please open your books and turn to Page 7. Look at 1a. You can see a picture of Dave’s family and some words we learned just now. Please match the words with the people in the picture.
2) Check the answers.
3) Ask some individuals to read aloud the words.
Step 4. Drill
T: Now, you are Dave. Please cover the answers of 1a by using a piece of paper. And then listen to me carefully. I will give you a letter. You can look at the picture and tell me this letter means. For example, I say “a”. You should say “This is my mother.” I say “b”. You should say “These are my parents.” Understand

family整体看待时，用作单数，谓语动词也要用 (单数/复数)形式;强调家庭成员时，用作复数，谓语动词也要用 (单数/复数)形式。

一．人称代词的用法
主格在句中做主语。在一般现在时中，当谓语动词是be时，I与am搭配使用;he、she、it与is搭配使用; you、they与are搭配使用;而任何两个人称代词并列做主语时，均表达复数意义，与are连用。
宾格放在动词或介词后做宾语，也可以放在系动词后做表语。
在英语中，单数人称代词并列做主语时，通常排序为:第二人称→第三人称-第一人称，即you and he; he and I; you and I; you, he and I。
助记：
人称代词手拉手，排队纪律要遵守。
单数队列二(you)、三(he/she)、一(I)， 复数要按一(we)、二(you)、三(they)。
若把错误责任担，第一人称(I)勇当先。单身男女同时到，男士站在女士前。

1）Introduce the family members by showing a family photo, present “dad” and “mother”.

3）Show picture and present uncle and aunt

Step 3. Work on 1a，1b
T: In my family, my grandpa isthe oldest. Who is the oldest in your family
