(1) anything interesting 意为“有趣的事”，形容词interesting修饰不定代词anything应后置，在句中做后置定语。
He told us something interesting. 他告诉了我们一些有趣的事。
This isn’t anything important. 这并不是什么重要的东西。
(2)*不定代词something一般用于肯定句；anything一般用于否定句，疑问句和条件状语从句。但当表达建议，请求等肯定意图时疑问句中也可以用something。当表示“任何”意味时，anything也可以用于肯定句。

1. surprise 的用法：
surprise 既可作名词，也可作行为动词。
作名词时，一为“惊奇；惊讶”，常用短语有：in surprise(惊奇), get a surprise (吃惊), to one’s surprise(使某人惊讶的是)等；
