Step 1 Language points 1 from morning till night 从早到晚 考向:from...till...从...直到... eg:He works from morning till night everyday.他每天从早到晚工作。 【拓展】till意为“直到··..",后可接时间点,也可用来引导时间状语从句。 eg:Jim did his homework till 10 o'clock in the evening. 吉姆做作业做到了晚上十点。 The little girl watched TV till her mother came back.那个小女孩看电视直到她妈妈回来。 2 kick 踢 eg: He kicked the door hard.他使劲地踢门。 1) kick还可作不及物动词,意为“踢”. eg:He threw me to the ground and started to kick.他把我摔倒在地,开始踢我。 2)kick也可作名词,意为“踢”. eg: He gave the ball a hard kick.他使劲踢了一脚球。 3 fever n.发烧 eg:My uncle Jim had a high fever. 我叔叔吉姆发了高烧。 搭配:have a fever 发烧; have a high/low fever发高/低烧 4 cough vi.咳嗽 eg:You cough a lot.你咳嗽得厉害。 cough还可作名词,意为“咳嗽”. 【常用搭配】have a cough 咳嗽 5 awful adj. 糟糕的,很坏的 eg:The weather last summer was awful. 去年夏季天气真坏。 awful还有“可怕的”的意思。 其副词形式为 awfully, 意为“极其, 非常”; awful 的近义词为terrible“可怕的;糟糕的”. Step 2 Grammar 简单句的五种句子结构 英语中动词可以分为行为动词和系动词。 行为动词又可以分为及物动词和不及物动词。 动词可以在句子中作谓语,根据它们作谓语时的不同特点,英语的简单句可以分为以下五种类型: (1)主语+谓语 (S+V) (2)主语+谓语+宾语 (S+V+0) (3)主语+连系动词+表语 (S+V+P) (4)主语+谓语+间接宾语+直接宾语 (S+V+I0+DO) (5)主语+谓语+直接宾语+宾语补足语 (S+V+DO+OC) 1主语+谓语(S+V) 用于这个句型的动词是不及物动词,不及物动词本身意思很完整,不需要带宾语。 eg:The children are playing happily. 孩子们正玩得开心. 2主语+谓语+宾语(S+V+O) 用于这个句型的动词是及物动词,及物动词的意思不完整,后面要带宾语才能表达完整的意思。 eg:I like music. 我喜欢音乐。. 【测一测】 1)-Do you have any ? -Yes.I like chess and drama best. A.jobs B.duties C.hobbies D.problems 3主语+连系动词+表语(S+V+P) 用于这个句型的动词是连系动词,表语用来说明主语的身份、特征和状态等. 表语可以由名词、形容词、介词短语等充当。 常见的连系动词有be(是),look(看上去),seem(似乎,好像),turn(变得),taste(尝起来)等. eg:The park looks very beautiful. 这个公园看上去很美。 【测一测】 This kind of peach looks really nice,but it very sour. A.tastes B.looks C.feels D.sounds 4 主语+谓语+间接宾语+直接宾语(S+V+IO+DO) 用于这个句型的动词是及物动词,后面跟两个(双)宾语,一个指人(间接宾语),一个指物(直接宾语). eg:My mother bought me a new book yesterday.= My mother bought a new book for meyesterday. 昨天妈妈给我买了一本新书。 通常情况下,间接宾语在前,直接宾语在后。 如果直接宾语在前,需要在间接宾语前加上介词to或for. 由介词to连接间接宾语的动词有:give,lend,pass,show,send,teach等. 由介词for 连接间接宾语的动词有:buy, find, get,make,leave等. 【测一测】 -Would you please pass me the I need to look up a word in it. -OK,here you are.
