Most high schools hold freshman orientation before school actually starts, which is helpful not only because you can know your way around the buildings, but also because you get to meet some of your teachers and fellow freshmen. That way, when you show upon your first day of school, you may already recognize a few familiar faces. When you talk to your new classmates, you ll probably find that a lot of them are feeling just like you. They re all new to the school and don t know what to expect. The work in high school is something that freshmen are possibly worried about.
