1、The bus is as comfortable as those in the USA.这辆公共汽车和美国的公共汽车一样舒适。
that或those表示代替在句子中,为了避免重复,我们可以用that或those指代上文提到的名词。that 指代单数的人/物或不可数名词,those指代复数的人或物。

try to do sth. 意为“尽力做某事”,
try not to do sth.意为“尽量不要做某事”。

Arriving in New York
There are three airports in New York. When you arrive at one of them, you can take a bus or a taxi to any place in New York.
Public transport
In New York. there's a good bus and subway service. If you are planning to use it a lot. you can buy a MetroCard (捷运卡) . But you don't always have to take the bus or subway—there are lots of places you can go to on foot. For example, you can walk from Times Square to Central Park. It takes just20 minutes. Shopping in New York is fun. There are big shops on Fifth Avenue. They are open seven days a week. Be careful when you look at the prices because you have to pay a special8%tax (税) on everything you buy in New York.
Places to see
Finally, there are a lot of places to see in New York, like Times Square and the Statue of Liberty. And you shouldn't go home without climbing the Statue of Liberty to enjoy the scenery of the city.
