It’s important for us to keep healthy. As middle school students, we should have a healthy lifestyle. Here is some advice.
First of all, it's important to take regular exercise at least one hour a day, such as running and walking. Also, we are supposed to have a healthy diet. Eat more fruit and vegetables every day. Try not to eat junk food.What's more, we should have meals regularly. Besides, we’d better not spend too much time going online. It’s bad for our study and eyes. In addition, we shouldn't stay up too late because enough sleep is good for our health. Last but not least, be happy as possible as we can. Learn to smile at any time.
In a word, we should develop a good habit of keep healthy. Health is weath. In this way, we can enjoy a happy life.

教学反思:
1. 在review环节学生积极性较高,但是比较费时。铺垫花费过多时间,导致学生习作时间不够,无法当堂完成作文。
2. 本人每天苦口婆心,但是无奈学生对于书写不够重视,完成的作文卷面不整洁,书写不规范。
