本单元主题是传说于故事,教材分别以对话讨论、故事简介、故事转述和故事剧本等多形态语篇为载体,促进学生对单元核心内容和技能的掌握。整个单元主要包含了两个主题听力对话,两个语篇语。语篇阅读和一篇主题写作训练,逐步引导学生学习故事复故复述的故事复述的基本要素,评论故事的主要情绪情节。理解故事传播的传达的含义。
学情分析
所授课学生为八年级普通班学生,学生英语水平不是很高,但对英语较有兴趣,但口语交际水平需要提高,所以要设计适合不同层次学生参与的活动,使不同层次学生的语言程度都有提高。本单元的话题“传说与故事”是学生比较熟悉和感兴趣的,教材中涉及的很多古代传说与外国童话故事,很多学生都阅读过相应的中文版本,这将有助于学生理解单元主题,参与讨论、复述、表演等课堂活动,也更容易激发学生的背景知识和生活常识。八年级的学生自主意识较强,求知欲强,同时该年龄段的学生正处于身心巨变成长的特殊时期,心理发展不稳定,遇到困难容易产生沮丧、不满、焦虑等情绪。通过本单元的学习,可以引导学生建立积极面对、坚持不懈品格的态度,培养学生积极向上的生活态度和奋斗精神。
