单元主题 意义 本单元的主题属于“人与自我”和“人与社会”两大主题范畴,话题是“Growing up” 谈论人与动物的成长过程。本单元的主要学习内容是:通过介绍Sally的成长过程,学习运用His/Her...was/were...的句型以及适当的形容词来描述人物过去和现在的外貌特征;运用He/She has/is...等句型描述故事人物的外形变化;通过学习小故事Little Justin,了解青蛙成长的不同阶段,巩固复习运用一般过去时和一般现在时描述人物过去及现在的外貌特征及变化。学习了解e, i, y和字母组合e-e,ee, ea在单词中的发音,并能迁移到含有此类组合的单词中。
教学内容分析 1.来源&内容: 本单元是深圳版牛津英语六年级上册Module l Getting to know each other第一单元,介绍的是谈论人与动物的成长过程。通过学习,学生能够运用一般过去时和一般现在时描述人物过去及现在的外貌特征及变化。通过学习,感知自己经历的一切进步与成长,并激发学生热爱生活的意识;了解青蛙在不同的生长时期的外形变化,意识到除了人类,生活中还需要关注到其他生物的成长。 2.纵向知识关联: 功能:谈论、介绍、描述。 话题:谈论人与动物的成长过程。 语言知识: 1AUnit 3 My faceThis is my face. 学情分析 1.年龄特征: 六年级是小学阶段最后一个年级,高年级学生较中、低年级学生具有更成熟的认知能力和心理特征,对自身及周边的事物逐步有了自己独立的理解和认识。但不同学生的具体表现有很大差异,英语基础好的同学对英语有较强的求知欲和兴趣,能够把所学内容与生活实际相联系,并在课程教学过程中积极参与课堂教学活动,喜欢丰富多样的课堂活动形式,如畅读歌谣、对话表演、改编故事等,而一些学困生对英语学习的积极性不高,对英语课堂或家庭作业都是敷衍应付。 2.知识储备: 从话题上来看,是对4B Unit 10-My garden之外,新的成长话题的学习;从内容上来看,是对前面几册所学的描述外表词句的综合学习和运用,考察的是学生的综合语用能力。通过之前Me,Small Animals,My hair is short,My garden等几个话题的学习,学生能够介绍自己的年龄,描述人物及动物的外表,因此,在本单元引入一般过去是的学习时,这些相关的句型和话题对学生接受新知起到了很好的铺垫作用。 3.能力水平: 六年级上学期的学生,学生的年龄普遍为11-12岁,经过五年的学习,学生已经具备用英语就相关话题进行简单日常交流的能力,能够用相关词汇描述人物或事物的特征(big/small, tall/short...),能够从关键文段中提取信息并基于图片或图表信息复述故事, 这些语言知识和技能的积累为本单元的学习做了良好的铺垫。在之前的学习中,学生尚未接触过一般过去时的内容,对于“growing up”这一话题,学生虽熟悉却缺乏深入的观察思考。
单元目标 在本单元教学结束之际,学生能: (1)能听、说、认、读单词cute, pretty, handsome,并建立音,形,义的联系。 (2)能够感知、理解核心词be born, catch, round, tail, turtle, fly等。 (3)能熟练掌握并运用His/Her...was/were...的句型以及适当的形容词来描述人物过去和现在的外貌特征。 (4)能够运用He/She has/is...等句型描述故事人物的外形变化。 (5)能了解e,i,y和字母组合e-e,ee, ea在单词中的发音。 (6)能够理解并运用I/She/He/It+ am/is/have/has...等句型的正确时态(一般现在时以及一般过去时)来描述故事人物现在及过去的外貌特征。
