【教学内容】
Story time
【教材分析】
What:主要讲述杨玲、苏海、Mike和刘涛四人在学校操场上介绍自己去学校的方式和家庭住址。
Why:通过杨玲、苏海、Mike和刘涛四人的介绍自己乘坐的交通工具和具体的家庭住址,培养学生独立能力,学会关心身边的人,培养学生更好的和他人沟通的能力。
How:该对话是比较典型的学生日常生活对话,涉及介绍学生日常乘坐交通工具上学及家庭住址,使用的到词汇有“bike,bus,plane,metro,taxi,train,on foot,Street,Town.”交通的核心语言是“How do you come to school ”并会回答:“I come to school by.../on foot.”以及询问住址“Where do you live ”并会回答“I live in/on/near...”.
【学情分析】
五年级下册的教材内容比较贴近生活,学生通过故事能够了解到生活中的很多常识性知识,本课时的故事是日常沟通上学的交通工具及自己的家庭住址。可以为学生拓展更多的课堂活动去应用句型和单词,让学生更快更容易掌握内容并应用于实践。
【教学目标】
通过本课时学习,学生能够:
在看、听、说的活动中,获取、梳理对话中四位学生交流的去学校交通工具及家庭住址。(学习理解)
在教师的帮助下,获取故事信息画出地图。(应用实践)
通过结合绘本,了解如何问路。(迁移创新)
在角色扮演中,深入理解故事。(迁移创新)
【教学重难点】
重点:
学生能够听、说、读、书写词汇:bike,bus,train,taxi,metro,on foot,plane
(2)学生能听懂并应用句型“How do you come to school ”并会回答:“I come to school by.../on foot.”以及询问住址“Where do you live ”并会回答“I live in/on/near...”.
难点:
1.学生通过今天的故事学习,会用本节课故事内容画出地图。
2.学生可以在理解故事的基础上小组内角色扮演,完成小组合作。

【教学思路】
我以歌曲《I go to school by bus.》导入通过交通工具去学校,通过魔盒,头脑风暴活动输出单词和句型Where do they live 自然过渡到故事内容。接着观看动画,直观感受故事内容,从泛读到精读,引导学生思考如何用where和how对地点和方式来提问,突出教学重点,突破教学难点。通过快乐朗读深入理解故事意思。通过故事内容画出地图作为本节课的输出,内化课本知识点。结合的绘本是拓展学生知识面,让学生知道本节课所学知识可以运用在实际问题,解决问路问题。通过实物奖励,激发学生的兴趣,积极参与到课堂活动中,帮助学生轻松快乐的学习。

Warm-up
热身歌曲《I go to school by bus.》导入。
T:Good morning, how are you doing today I’m happy now..
T:Before the start of the lesson, ask students to sing a song "I go to school by bus." with the teacher and try to extract key information from the song.Okay,let’s go.(播放歌曲)

设计意图:本环节通过歌曲导入,让学生快速融入课堂,活跃课前课堂的气氛,激发学生们本节课的学习热情,并通过问答让学生猜今天的主题。

设计意图:本环节,通过观看动画,从泛读到细读故事,让学生理解课文中各人的上学方式以及住址。引导学生思考如何用where和how对地点和方式来提问,突出教学重点,突破教学难点。并且文中没有提到Mike的坐地图去学校的原因,我们进行一个小组讨论。通过跟读,自读,小组读的多种朗读方式,帮助学生巩固课文内容,细化所学到的知识,学生的表达能力得到了锻炼,对于发音等问题,教师可以及时给予纠正。

本课为第二单元第一课时,教学内容为Story time。本课的教学目标设定为:学生在学习语篇的过程中掌握交通方式及地点类词汇,以及主要句型Where do/does…live 和How do/does … come to school 及其问答,并能熟练朗读课文。在小组活动讨论Mike做地铁去学校的原因时,会有一些不够顺畅,在结合绘本拓展环节中,会有一些难度挑战。我反思自己落实得不够深入,我会进一步的改进教学策略。整节课下来,学生愉快的完成了学习,积极参与活动,配合老师教学。
