What’s the weather like today 是用来询问天气的一个常用句子，还可以表示为: How is the weather 两个句子意思相同。

1. snowy，cloudy是形容词，表示“雪的，多雪的”“多云的”。它是由名词snow/cloud + 后缀–y 构成。
y加在名词之后，表示“具有……特征的”、“多……的”。

2. everyone, afternoon, maybe, thunderstorm, sunrise, sunset是复合词。
复合词[compound (word)]顾名思义是由一些词汇复合形成的，而且也可以复合出各种词类。
复合后的词是属于哪种词类，这决定于复合词的后半部词性。
