Every year thousands of wild animals and plants become extinct. According to the Red List of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, more than 12,000 animal species are now in danger. Look at the reasons why some animals are becoming extinct. Which is the most important?

People have moved into their natural habitat.
They are killed by pollution.
