一．内容分析 本节课为新目标英语八年级上册第七单元第二课时。本单元围绕“探讨未来生活”这个话题开展多种教学活动，学会用一般将来时，对末来生活进行描述或预测。从教材的整合来说本部分是对一般将来时态学习的延伸。在八年级上册第六单元中已经学习过be going to do 的用法，所以，这部分具有承上起下的作用；对完成本单位和今后的英语教学具有重要的意义。同时通过对末来生话进行描述，进一步提高学生听、说，读的综合素质能力。
二．学情分析 1、学生是初中八年级学生；
2、在八年级上册中已经学习过be going to 的用法；
3、学生已知will 构成的一般将来时态的陈述句、否定句、疑问句 等句型；
4、针对本班的学生，活泼好动但基础较薄弱，所以通过师生互动和小组合作的形式，能充分调动他们的积极性，但在回答问题时多侧重于集体回答。由集体回答过渡到单个回答。
