so... that... 意为“如此……以至于……”,引导结果状语从句。其常用结构有:

so that 意为“以便;为的是”,引导目的状语从句,相当于in order that,从句中常使用can/could/may/should/would等情态动词。

(1)look up指“(在词典、参考书中或通过电脑)查阅”,是“动词+副词”结构的短语。后跟名词作宾语时,名词可位于up之后,也可置于look与up之间;后跟代词作宾语时,代词只能置于look与up之间。
(2)此外,look up还有“抬头看”之意。
