宾语从句的时态问题
如果主句是一般现在时，宾语从句的时态不受限制，可以根据实际表达的需要选择不同的时态。
Language points
如果主句是一般过去时，宾语从句的时态应与主句保持一致，即使用过去的某种时态。
例：He said there were no classes yesterday afternoon.
他说昨天下午没有课。 (从句是一般过去时)
He said (that) he was going to take care of the baby.
他说他打算照顾那个婴儿。 (从句是过去将来时)
He said (that) they were having a meeting at that time.
他说那时他们正在开会。 (从句是过去进行时)
Language points
如果宾语从句所叙述的是客观事实、自然现象、科学真理等时，从句的时态不受主句时态限制，用一般现在时。
例：Everyone answered there are sixty minutes in an hour.
每个人都回答说一个小时有六十分钟。
The teacher told us (that) nothing is difficult if we put our hearts into it.
老师告诉我们“世上无难事，只怕有心人”。

the读音变化规则
1、the在辅音单词前面应该轻读成 【 】，如：the book, the USA，the one，注意是辅音而不必须是辅音字母，在USA，university等词开头的【ju:】是辅音【j】，one【w n】是以辅音【w】开头的。
2、the在元音单词前面应该重读成【 i】，如the apple, the hour，注意是元音不一定非要是元音字母，因为hour前导h是不发音的。
3、在少部分情况下the后面单词在后面要强调时候，应该读成【 i】，如The US，或把元音拉长成【 i:】，如The End, The extreme等。
