A Lecture on“Health and Me”
Last weekend,at the invitation of our school,Miss Janet,our foreign teacher,delivered a lecture
whose theme was "Health and Me"in the lecture hall.
The lecture began at 2 pm and lasted for about two hours.In the beginning,she discussed how to
keep a healthy lifestyle,stressing the importance of regular exercise,balanced diets as well as effective
stress management.After that,she shared some practical strategies for keeping fit.Students were highly
receptive to the lecture,which led to discussions about developing healthier habits in our daily lives and
making proper changes.
All in all,Miss Janet's lecture was informative and interesting.Her expert introduction undoubtedly
made this event a valuable experience for everyone present.
