talk about your understanding of Confucius’ ideas on education.

Temple of Confucius(孔庙)
Temple of Confucius, as one of the Qufu highlights, is located in the center of the City. In order to commemorate the great
philosopher Confucius, this temple was originally built as early as in 478BC, one year after Confucius death.
Dacheng Hall, standing at the center, is the principal place for offering sacrifices to Confucius.

It is located right next to the Temple of Confucius. It was the historical home of the descendants(后代) of Confucius. It now houses a large number of documents, files and cultural relics, so today it is a museum.

This cemetery (墓地)is where Confucius and his descendants (后代) are buried. There are more than 10,000 of them, buried here over 2,000 years. It is commonly known as the Forest of Confucius because of the large number of trees, over 20,000, planted there.
