一、单元学习主要目标
(一)语言能力目标
1. 能够在与“sports”相关的语境中理解本单元的内容,梳理体育运动的相关词语以及表达相关活动的句式:join the …club, have a …match等。
2. 能够运用所学新知识表述所学内容,同桌两人、小组内开展活动,表达自己的想法。灵活运用What club would you like join I’d like to join…What’s he doing He’s playing… He jumps high. What did Li Ming do yesterday He played football. Their class had a match with Class One. 等句型与他人讨论体育话题。
3. 能够完成每课Let’s do.部分的应用活动,运用所学的知识分析问题、解决问题。
4. 小组合作,根据班级和同学的爱好,为学校的社团招募新成员。
初步了解并学习字母组合ch, sh, oo在单词中的发音规律。
(二)学习能力目标
1. 学生能够通过读图、观看视频、小组讨论,积极参与课堂活动,善于思考,乐于与大家分享自己的想法。
2. 学生能够通过活动在真实的语境中体验语言的运用。
(三)思维品质
学生通过分析、判断、推理等方法理解文本,学习并运用语言,参与活动,形成发散性思维。
(四)文化意识目标
学生能够在语言学习交流活动中感受运动给我们带来的乐趣,了解团队合作精神在比赛中的重要性,懂得任何事情的成功都不是轻易而举,要付出努力,面对比赛的输赢能够理性看待,对待生活要有积极乐观的态度。
二、课时教学目标
1. 知识目标:
(1)学生能听、说、认读、规范书写单词:try
(2)学生能听、说、认读单词:oops club join again table tennis 及词组 try again
(3)能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型What club would you like to join 并会用I’d like to join… 作出应答,语音语调正确。
2. 能力目标:
学生能正确理解课文、并运用所学句型来询问和回答想要参加什么俱乐部。
3. 情感目标:
(1)了解运动的重要性,培养学生热爱体育运动、热爱生活的良好意识。
(2)通过多形式的小组合作,培养学生的团结协作精神,形成不怕困难和团结合作的学习品质。
更多地了解2022北京冬奥会的相关事宜,感受祖国的强大,培养学生的爱国主义精神。
4. 教学重点、难点
重点:学生能听、说、认读、规范书写单词:try及能听懂并运用hat club would you like to join 并会用I’d like to join…作出应答,语音语调正确。
难点:能够理解并灵活运用本节课句型,表达自己的想法。
三、学情分析
该班学生虽然目前英语学习积极性比较高,但基础薄弱,个体之间的差异较大,对词汇的积累不够,对句型等知识的运用也不够灵活。针对这一现象,主要通过小组合作、同伴互助的方式引导更多学生自主学习,使学生更愿意接受挑战,尽力完成各项语言任务。

六、教学过程:
Step 1 Warm-up.
Homework Show 课前1分钟学生小组交流前一天的作业,然后教师请部分学生起来交流展示, 生: …likes …… 师: What sport do you like 学生回答: I like ...直接导入本节课主题,师:Today we are going to talk about sports.
【设计意图】:作业的内容为Talk about your friends’ sports hobbies, 课前请学生谈论运动的话题,由此为新课的sports主题做好铺垫。

【设计意图】:通过与运动相关的歌曲以及头脑风暴的形式,激发学生学习兴趣,发散学生思维,让学生形成运动词汇的网络,感受运动的快乐。
Step 2 Presentation.
Lead-in.
呈现 Guo Yang, Peter and Danny,站在宣传栏俱乐部招新海报前的图片,师说They like sports. Look! What are they talking about
Ss: Sports ...
通过class和but两个词引导学生拼读club, 学习club一词。
【设计意图】:通过观图直接导入本节课的主题,并利用旧知迁移的方式引领学生学习新单词,培养学生良好的观察力以及拼读能力。
Learn the text.
(1)Watch and choose. 师说: They have sports clubs in their school. What clubs do they have 先请学生猜测,然后再抛出选项让学生看视频选择答案。抛出选项时学习table tennis 一词。
【设计意图】:第一遍听录音主要目的是让学生对文本有一个整体的感知,抛出问题后不是急于让学生直接看直接找出答案,而是先让他们自己猜测,主要是为了培养学生的发散性思维和推测能力,让学生养成遇到问题先思考的良好思维品质。
(2)Watch and choose. 师总结:They have Basketball Club, Table Tennis Club and Football Club. So what club would they like to join 学习join 一词。观看视频分图处理。
① T: What club would you like to join, Peter
Ss: I’d like to join the Basketball Club.
T: Why
Ss: He likes basketball.
再次播放Peter 加入篮球俱乐部的原因,点出be good at这一词组,通过图文相结合的范例引导学生理解含义,并强调连读,然后男生和女生分角色朗读本段。
【设计意图】:通过wh型的问题启发学生思考,通过观察对比的方式让学生自主理解短语的意思,加强了学生学习能力的培养。
②T:What club would you like to join, Guo Yang
Ss: I’d like to join the Table Tennis Club.
师生问答练习。
③T: How about Danny
Ss: I’d like to join the Football Club.
T: Can Danny play football well
Ss: No.
T: Look! Oops! 通过foot, good, book, look, cook等词引导学生自己读出oops,并通过引导学生观察球判定Danny足球踢得不好。再次让学生观察Danny的表情,猜测Jenny可能会对Danny说什么。
学习try again, 进行德育渗透。
【设计意图】:通过读图的方式让学生学会观察他人细微的心情变化,培养学生关心他人,帮助他人的良好品质。同时,告诉学生但做不好或者遇到挫折和失败时不应放弃,要学会坚持。
④ Memory Check.
师以问题引领和空词的方式帮助学生梳理文本主要内容,让学生对本课的知识形成一个梗概。
⑤ Listen and imitate.
听音模仿感受纯正地道的英语发音。
⑥ Group work
小组合作分为:小组齐读和分角色朗读,学生根据能力自主选择。
【设计意图】:分层设计任务,让学生都能根据自己的节奏来发展。
⑦ Show Time.
Step 3 Practice.
Let’s talk. 重点操练本节课的句型:What club would you like to join I’d like to join... I like ... I’m good at...对学生进行德育渗透,培养学生热爱运动的良好品格。
【设计意图】:对词汇进行了适当的拓展,让学生接触接触更多的运动类词汇,让学生更加热爱运动,热爱生活。
Step 4 Application.
T:Our school has some new sports clubs. They need new members. Please work in groups and talk about what club you would like to join. You can use these sentences:...The group leaders make a record(做记录),then do a report like this: _____ likes __________. He/She wants to join the __________ Club. At last, hand in the forms.
【设计意图】:小组合作为学校的新俱乐部招纳会员,加深学生对本节课所学知识的理解,拓展一定的运动词汇,加强学生实际运用的能力。

Step 6 Homework
Task 1 Some new friends would like to join our new sports clubs. What clubs would they like to join Listen and match.
Task 2 分两项任务
(1)Try to know more about Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, such as emblem (会徽) , slogan(口号 ), posters (海报 ), sporting events(体育项目)and so on.
(2)Make a poster.
(制作海报)学校根据东奥会项目组建了冰球俱乐部,请以小组为单位为新俱乐部制作一份招纳新成员的海报。
【设计意图】:第一项作业为复习巩固类作业,主要是帮助学生再次加深理解对知识的理解与记忆。第二项作业分个体性作业和集体性作业,个体性作业主要是为了拓宽学生视野,搜集北京冬奥会的相关信息,了解今日中国的强大,培养学生我是中国人我自豪的爱国主义精神;集体性作业主要是培养学生团结协作的精神,同时也是以帮助部分能力稍差同学克服困难的一种方式进行设置的,考虑了个体差异。(共43张PPT)
