Voluntary blood donations(义务献血) might be used to show if a person is believable in the future.
The National Health Commission (NHC) has advised connecting(联系)blood donation with China's social credit system(社会征信系统).Donating blood could make the donor's life easier. For example, they could be first in line to use public service or visit some parks.
However, there are many who think voluntary blood donations should not have a connection with the social credit system.
The system is used to tell whether a person or a company can be trusted. It records a credit history for people and companies. For example,it records a person's job information, education, their credit cards(信用卡) and phone numbers.Having good credit can allow people to borrow money from banks, while people with bad credit have a harder time doing so.
It is not a good idea to connect everything to the social credit system,Guangming Daily reported.Only things that are closely related to personal credit should be used for someone's social credit.A voluntary blood donor(捐赠者) might refuse to pay his or her credit cards, while someone who doesn't donate blood might have a perfect credit record.
The number of voluntary blood donations in China reached 15 million in 2018.This was nearly 50 times higher than when donations first started about 20 years ago, according to the NHC.But for some places, blood is in great need from time to time,Xinhua reported.
( ) 63.What doesn't China's social credit system record now
A.Blood donations. B.Job information.
C.Credit cards. D.Phone numbers.
( ) 64.What can donors get if they donate blood according to NHC

B.They can live an easier life.
C.They don't need to wait in line any more.
D.They don't need to pay their credit cards.
( ) 65.What's the theme of the passage
A.Celebration. B.Feelings.
C.Family. D.Society.

Alice Lee is a high school student studying at a private school. She is doing some voluntary work at an after-school program to help students from poor families.
On the first day of her work, she noticed that many kids were lining up for free sandwiches and fruit. She was surprised. One of the organizers explained(解释) that many of these students didn't get enough to eat at home. So a school lunch or an after-meal might be the most food they would get all the day. She has also been told that some hungry kids can receive(接受) free lunches, but others are only allowed (允许) reduced-price(处理价) meals, and those students' family have to pay for the part of their food.
