Should Junk food advertising be banned during Children’s TV programs
Teaching aims:

Teaching procedures:
Step 1: Lead-in
Watch a video about junk food and ask students to answer three questions:
What type of TV program is it
What is it about
What do you think of junk food
(I think junk food should be banned because it is not healthy.)
Step 2 : Present the title: Should Junk food advertising be banned
Ask students to answer the question
(Some of you agree, while others disagree.)
Step3: Read the article and answer
Ask students to read through the four articles and answer the following questions:
What are their names
What are their jobs
What is their opinion about junk food advertising Agree or Disagree
(Some of your answers are correct, but some of your answers might be wrong. Let’s go deep into the article and check your answers later)
Step 3: Read about Kyle and Kate and complete the form
