教学设计(第1课时)
一、教学目标
1. 掌握文中的重点词汇和短语,如:fan club, train, against 等。
2. 能够理解文章内容,获取关键信息。
3. 学习现在进行时的用法。
二、教学重难点
重点:
理解课文,掌握重点词汇和短语。
读懂与体育训练相关的描述。
难点:现在进行时在文中的理解与运用。

任务型教学法、阅读教学法、讲授法
四、教学过程
Step 1 Lead-in
1. Show some pictures or video clips of sports games. Ask students: "What sports can you see " "Do you like watching sports games " Encourage them to share their opinions and experiences.
2. Lead the students to have a discussion about their favorite athlete: "Who is your favorite athlete Why do you like him/her "
Step 2 Vocabulary Learning
1. Present the new words and phrases of this unit on the PPT.
2. Lead the students to read the words and phrases loudly and correct their pronunciations.
3. Do some exercises to consolidate the new words and phrases.
Step 3 Pre-reading
1. Ask the students to look at the title and the pictures of the text. Ask them to predict what the text is about. Work in pairs to discuss.
1. Questions: "What do you think this text will talk about Is it about a sports team or a sports event "
2. Provide some background knowledge related to sports training to help the students better understand the text.
Step 4 While-reading
1. Skimming
(1)Ask the students to read the text quickly and answer the following questions: "What sport is the text about " "Who are mentioned in the text "
(2)Give them a limited time to finish this task.
2. Scanning
(1)Ask the students to read the text carefully again and complete the following tasks:
① Find the sentences that describe the training situation.
② Answer the questions about the team's goals and preparations.
(2)Check the students' completion and explain the key and difficult sentences in the text. Help them understand the grammar and the meaning.
Step 5 Grammar Learning
1. Guide the students to find the sentences using the present continuous tense in the text.
2. Explain the formation (be + doing) and the usage of the present continuous tense. Illustrate that it is used to express an action that is happening at the moment or an action that is going on during this period of time.
3. Give more examples and do some exercises to let the students master the different forms of the present continuous tense.
Step 6 Post-reading
1. Ask the students to complete a table according to the text to sort out the main information of the text. 2. Organize the students to have a group discussion. Ask them to share their understanding and feelings about the text. Talk about what they think is the most important part or what they have learned from the text.
Step 7 Summary
1. Review the key vocabulary, phrases and the usage of the present continuous tense learned in this class.
2. Summarize the main content of the text and emphasize the key points.
Step 8 Homework
1. Recite the key words and phrases.
2. Describe an activity you are doing now using the present continuous tense.

在这个课时的教学中,运用多种教学方法,如图片、视频导入,任务驱动阅读,小组讨论等,激发了学生的学习兴趣和参与度。注重词汇和语法的讲解与练习,帮助学生打下了坚实的基础。但在阅读教学中,对部分学生的阅读指导还不够细致,导致一些学生理解不够深入。因此在以后的教学中加强对学生个体阅读差异的关注,提供更具针对性的指导。

一、教学目标

二、教学重难点

1.复习重点词汇、短语和语法。
2.完成写作任务,描述体育训练或比赛。
难点:写作内容的逻辑和语言表达的准确性。

四、教学过程
Step 1 Revision and Lead-in
1. Review the key vocabulary and phrases learned in the last class by asking questions and dictation.
2.Invite several students to make sentences using the present continuous tense to review the usage.
Step 2 Text Review
1. Ask the students to read the text quickly and answer some detailed questions to check their understanding of the text.
2. Guide the students to summarize the main content and structure of the text. They can work in groups to discuss and then share their summaries.
Step 3 Language Points Consolidation
1. Explain the key sentence patterns and grammar points in the text, such as the usage of some phrases and the special question forms of the present continuous tense.
2. Let the students complete some related exercises, to strengthen their mastery of the knowledge points.
Step 4 Writing Practice
1. Give the writing task: Write a passage about your sports team's training or a sports match.
2. Guide the students in writing, including how to conceive, organize paragraphs and use appropriate vocabulary and sentence patterns.

六、教学反思
在这个课时的教学中写作练习环节培养了学生的语言输出能力和逻辑思维能力。但写作点评环节,时间把控不够精准,对一些学生作品的点评不够全面。在以后的教学中提前规划好写作点评的时间和重点,确保能够全面、有效地评价学生的作品。
