学情分析
我所上课的年级是腰关中学九年级二班。本班共有学生35人,男生17人,女生18人。学生的问题主要表现在以下几个方面:
学生英语成绩不是很好,对英语的学习两极分化严重。不及格人数多,低分人数也不少,个别学生的英语成绩个位数。后进生学习积极性很差,缺乏兴趣、自信心和学习动力。在课堂上不积极参与,缺乏学习的热情。
部分学生无缺乏良好的英语学习习惯。没有养成良好的英语听说读写的能力。阅读能力基本较差,没有耐心去读,缺乏综合解决问题的能力。
对于初四学生来说,英语阅读的训练量还不够大。
我在英语教学中尽量做到“因材施教”,让他们能飞的飞,能跑的跑。
效果分析
我认为开头导入较好。我用《Yeaterday once more》这首英文歌曲及自己的初中和高中毕业照导入本课内容。"良好的开端是成功的一半", 因此,我认为能以一种新颖的问候方式或复习方式进入一节课,就能唤起学生的兴趣,使学生保持一种积极的学习状态,或循序渐进地导入所学的内容,那么可为这节课的成功打下基础,同时也能给自己适当的减压。
在处理课文阅读中,用不同的阅读策略来提高学生的阅读能力,效果较好。
教学活动始终遵循任务型教学的教学理念,以学生为学习的主体,以任务为中心,在运用语言完成任务的过程中来学习,体会和掌握语言。
整节课教学步骤合理有序,特别是小组合作在本堂课的运用和作用,值得大家借鉴和学习。
本节课上老师准备很充分,教态自然和蔼可亲。在教学中能注重引导学生,练习形式多样,并让学生自主学习,练习了学生的听说读写能力,教学效果好。
Unit10 Reading(2a-2d)教学设计
【学习目标】
知识目标:graduation,congratulate,thirsty,thankful,task,first of all,

能力目标:能运用语言和语法知识进行阅读并理解文章意思 。
情感目标:通过本节课的学习,让学生谈论对即将道路的高中生活的渴望,从而培养良好的学习习惯,学以致用,实现自己的人生价值。通过学习让学生学会与他人分享,学会感恩他人。

课后反思
通过这节英语阅读课的教学,我有了一些想法与大家分享。
1、读前提出问题,使学生带着目的去读
评课时组内老师讨论到提出问题是阅读前还是阅读后,我认为应该是在阅读前提出问题。阅读是对书面信息的理解的吸引,是受一定的目的或需要支配的。先通过谈论有关的话题,或出示有关的画面、实物等活动进行导入,唤起学生的阅读兴趣,再提出问题,让学生带着问题进行阅读,真正实现提高学生阅读能力的目标。
2、回归课本,训练语感
阅读理解是在教师的指导下由学生自己对课文进行多层次的阅读。一般分一下两步:(1)听:在中学阶段,这一过程是略读的一种主要方式,学生通过略读,了解课文大意,明确文章的主要内容。(2)精读:在这一阶段,我们可以先布置任务(抓细节/猜词义等等),这些任务应该是分层次的,让学生带着具体任务去读,在阅读的过程中寻求答案,由浅入深的进入学习,学生完成起来会更有成就感。在这一过程中,教师还能适时的启发学生根据上下文或运用构词法知识来猜测词义。
3、能力整合,课外延伸
这是输出阶段,学生在理解教材后,为了牢牢记住所学的知识,进一步培养学生听书读写的综合能力,可以做多种形式的训练。我们要帮助学生观察和提取与主题密切相关的具体事实和信息,而后引导他们将这些信息重新组织,完成相关话题的听力练习、对话练习、写作练习等活动,从而提高他们的听说读写综合能力。
通过听这节课,也发现了自己存在的一些问题。这样我就可以更加理性地反思自己的课堂教学,从而在今后的教学中优化自己的课堂。
课标分析
  新课标要求我们要面向全体学生,为学生的全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。我的理解是“全体学生”是量,“全面发展”是质。质和量一起抓,一个不能少。所以在教学过程中,是让学生“学会学习”。这个过程要经过“要我学——我要学——我能学”的阶段,由学生对教师的依赖逐渐变成学生独立学习。同时我们还应比以往的教学更加关注学生学习的情感,为学生营造宽松、民主、和谐的学习氛围。在教学过程中,教师应以宽松的态度对待学生学习过程中的错误,和学生进行平等的交流;不用训斥性、讥讽的语言,尤其对学习有困难的学生不能使用侮辱性的语言,多用鼓励性话语,多给他们语言实践的机会,少用命令式的语言,多用建议性语言。
  课标要求教师可以根据教学的实际需要、学生的认知特点和心理特点,对教材内容进行合理调整,活用教材,重组话题,用任务型教学激发学生学习英语的兴趣,从而提高课堂效率。
  课内调整是指重新调整和组合某一课中几个部分的顺序,使它们形成一个有机的整体,由这个整体引出话题(Topic),然后设计任务,达到课堂目的。单元内的调整指教师根据单元内知识的逻辑顺序,对教学内容作重新调整,从而更好地体现知识的系统性和完整性。
  总之,教材、教法不一定千篇一律,最合适的才是最好的。不同的班级,不同的学生,不同年级,不同时期,学生的情况都在变化,教材的使用也应有相应的变化。所以激发学生的兴趣,师生共同参与,平等沟通,达到情感交流才是目的。在英语教学中尽量做到“因材施教”,让他们能飞的飞,能跑的跑。
