根据听课教师观课量表可以看到绝大多数学生能够积极参与自主学习和小组活动,有百分之85以上的学生能够在老师的指导和小组同伴的帮助下完成本节课的知识目标,有百分之75以上的学生能够独立完成阅读写作这一能力目标,有百分之25左右的学生在小组长的帮助下能够基本完成写作任务。根据课堂上学生自我做出的自我评价,有59名同学对自己的评价是A,有15名同学对自己的评价是B,和观课老师的观课记录基本相符。
另外,从观课老师的情感量表来看,学生对本节课的内容和活动非常感兴趣 ,达到了学生能够学英语、用英语的目的,同时,通过学习学生也能够用所学知识来正确地指导自己的行动,从而在生活中能够合理的作息,健康地生活。

教材分析
本单元围绕“谈论因果关系”及“作出决定是否做某事”这两个话题,设计了相关的语言情景。本单元的话题贴近学生的生活,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣。在第一课时,学生学习谈论因果关系,同时也能在活动中训练听、说、写的技能。语法聚焦呈现了本单元的所有的语言目标。这些目标语言,对于学生来说是学习本单元其他内容的基础。所以说,学好本节课的内容非常主要。
一.教学目标分析
根据《新课程标准》总体目标的具体要求,结合本单元第一课时的教材内容,我的教学目标分解为知识目标、能力目标、情感目标、和师本研究四块。
1. 知识目标
词汇:organize; have a great time
掌握句型:-I think I am going to wear jeans to the party.
-If you do, the teacher won’t let you in.
-What will happen if they have the party today?
-Half the class won’t come if they have the party today.
语法:if引起的条件状语从句。
2. 能力目标
(1)培养学生听、说、读、写的能力。
(2)培养学生自主做决策的能力。
(3)培养学生用所学句型结构在日常生活中与人交际、交流的能力。
3. 情感目标
积极参加课外活动以及聚会,学会正确的接人待物的方式。
4. 师本研究目标
鼓励学生开口大声说英语,让他们越说越自信。

李翠玲: 各位老师,大家可以就自己负责的观察点,谈谈本节课的优点抑或不足
崔玉:李老师的整节课流畅自然。本节课运用情境进行教学时产生了一些生成,教师灵活应对,取得了较好的教学效果。
赵凤琴:对啊,特别是在warm up 环节中,李老师先让学生思考三个问题,并准备回答。问题的答案是不固定的,在回答之前老师组织学生分组讨论,每个人都阐述自己的观点,在争论中丰富完善自己的答案,碰撞出了思维的火花,词汇在不知不觉中得以运用,真是润物细无声!
张宏:李老师善于设计不同的情景,采用合理的评价机制,学生在自主学习时做到安安静静,并及时作批注,小组讨论时,发言积极有序,充分调动了学生学习的积极性。
任桂芹:在精讲点拨环节,李老师以鲜活的课文语境为契机,对重点词汇、短语进行训练,学练结合,扎实有效。
李玲:李老师设计了summary,既使学生更深刻地理解了课文内容,又训练了学生的语言运用能力。
李军华:对,并且李老师很注意给学生提供复述的支架。
刘雪梅:是的,李老师注意阅读的延伸,做到了读、说、写结合,在学生动手写作之前,李老师先设计了Talk about the following questions in groups.这一环节,为写作打好了铺垫,使学生在充分理解课文的基础上,运用重点词汇进行书面表达,这种延伸活动既培养了学生的语言运用能力,又培养了学生的创新思维和想象能力。
朱应红:综观本堂课,学生气氛活跃,学习的积极性很高,完全是因为李老师善于创设情景,问题的设计具有层次性、递进性,师生配合才默契。
王敏:李老师的课堂语言富于激励性,充分调动了学生探究问题的兴趣。
窦爱花:教师在处理各个环节时,用时恰到好处,对重难点的把握拿捏得非常到位。
田玉胜:本节课李老师对阅读各环节的阅读策略指导的更加到位了。
吕淑萍:对,阅读任务设计的具体,具有层次性、递进性,阅读策略指导的又很到位,难怪这节课上的如此成功。
李翠玲:刚才,老师们说的优点很多,其实也有不足之处。给学生提供一个自由应用语言的机会,学以至用。并且,通过这个活动,能够加强学生与教师之间的沟通,有利于学生的英语学习。总之, 希望通过这次磨课,能使我们受到启发,使我们的阅读教学再上一个台阶。

课后反思
设计这节英语阅读课时,我首先想到的是要把学生看做是生命的主体,把学生放在一个重要的位置,尊重关注每个学生,从而满足每个学生的需求,让学生获得更多的自信感,更多的成功感。这节英语课上,我基本上用导学――自学――提出问题――小组解决问题――教师释疑――巩固总结来进行。
设计上思路非常清晰,由浅入深,教学任务设计贴近学生生活,有趣又实用,且难易程度环环相扣,层层递进,教师带来学生一步一个脚印,渐渐近入任务,让学生非常自然的领会本课的知识点。
if引导的条件状语从句,是本节课的重难点,通过对话、听力、讲解、仿照句型编对话等多种练习方式,使学生能够通过观察和对比总结出if条件句中,主句用一般将来时态,从句用一般现在时态。
改进之处,课堂上应该关注更多的学生,让不同层次的学生都能获得进步。

根据《英语课标》和本单元教材内容,以及八年级学生的生活、学习实际,我采用任务型语言教学,情景视听法,交际法途径, 将教学目标设计成符合学生生活学习实际的任务链,尽量使学生在参与任务的过程中学习运用语言,形成语言能力,并使用多媒体辅助教学手段为学生学习营造较好的语言学习环境,采用推测、查阅或询问等方法进行学习,提高学生学习语言的积极性。设计探究式的学习活动,促进学生实践能力和创新思维的发展,使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、形成自主学习能力的过程。同时在教学中引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳和实践等方法,并以循序渐进的方式来进行教学。
