It is + adj. + for sb. to do sth. 做某事对某人来说是怎样的
形式主语结构。It is 为形式主语，to do 为真正的主语。形式主语it 作为形式主语的it并无实际语义，只是为满足语法上的需要，避免句子头重脚轻，它代替的是句子的逻辑主语。
拓展：it 作形式主语，主要分为下列三种情况：不定式作主语、动名词作主语 和 名词从句作主语。
不定式作真正主语：It + is/was + adj./n. (形容词或名词)+to do sth.
动名词作真正主语：It's +n.（名词或名词短语）/adj.（形容词）+ doing sth.
名词从句作真正主语： It +谓语+名词从句（主语从句、表语从句、同位语从句）
call sb. on + (phone number) 拨打(电话号码)找某人
e.g. She is calling Lisa on 010-1234 5678.
