This game has a Chinese name.It's called “East-south-west-north.” It gave us many good memories.(回忆)

Jenny：Danny! You forgot an E!
Danny：Oh, sorry! Now, choose a number.
(Jenny looks inside the advice diamond.)
Jenny：Fifty-one.
Danny：(He counts.) One, two... seventeen, eighteen... forty-five, forty-six...
Jenny：This is making me tired!
(Danny counts as he opens and closes the diamond. When Danny gets to fifty-one, he stops counting.)
Jenny：Fifty-one.

Jenny：(She reads.) Wish you a wonderful future. Danny! That's a wish, not advice!
Danny：OK, let's try again.
(Jenny picks another number and Danny counts.)
Jenny：(She reads.) Always be nice to your dinosaur friends. (She laughs.) That's very good advice, Danny!
Give your friends good advice for the future! Get a piece of paper. Your teacher will show you how to make an advice diamond. After you fold and colour your advice diamond, write some advice.

give advice to…意为“给……提建议”;表示“一条建议”用a piece of advice。

advise doing sth.意为“建议做某事”;
advise sb.to do sth.意为“建议某人做某事”。

play用作不及物动词, 与with 连用, 意思是 “拿……来玩, 玩耍……”

“make sb./sth.+adj.”意为“使某人或某物处于某种状态”。形容词作宾语补足语, 对宾语进行补充说明。能够带宾语补足语的动词有很多, 常见的有make, get, have等。

4.Fast is the opposite of slow.
the opposite of…表示“在……的对面;是……的反义词”。
Big is the opposite of small.
大是小的反义词。

(1)be nice to表示“对……友好/亲切的”, 相当于be friendly to或be kind/good to。
(2)该句的句式结构为“Always+动词原形+其他”, 为肯定的祈使句, 其否定形式为“Never+动词原形+其他”。
