1. How long have you been like this
你像这样多久了？(1) 一般用于询问某人处于某种状况之下的时间长短，尤其指医生询问患者。意为：“你像这样多久了？”(2) How long 主要还用来询问某个动作或状态所持续的时间（就时间段来提问）。

(3) How often 常用来询问动作在某个时间内发生的次数，用来对频率时间状语从句提问。

— 一周两次。— How often do you go to see your grandpa

2.You’d better take some medicine.(1) had better do sth 最好做某事(用来表达建议的)
表达建议的还有:

否定形式: had better not do sth .(最好别做某事)
(2) take some medicine 吃些药；服药通常用take, 也可以用have。
medicine（ 不可数名词）指内服药，尤其指水剂；

(1) 一般用于询问对方的身体状况，表示关心，相当于How do you feel 该类句子通常以实际情况回答。(2) 回答可以是：
