If I were you, I would try to listen them out first before I tell them my opinions. Sometimes a little patience can make a big difference.
Another thing I think might be helpful is that you can arrange a family eating-out when both you and your parents can have a hearty chat over the dinner table. Delicious food always contribute t0 a good mood.
As far as I’m concerned, I recommend that you should go to after-school class for there are lots of children like you in the class. You can make some new friends as well.
If you still feel lonely, I think you can chat with your parent through WeChat. Just because they are far away doesn’t mean they don’t care about you. There are still ways out of the problem.
I understand quite well that anyone of us will like a girl to a certain degree. You may ask a mutual friend to introduce you to her. This will give you an opportunity to get to know her well.
Also I think you can find chances to get together in groups where she is a group member. Being in a group takes all the pressure off, and you can interact with her in a relaxing setting.
