Step 1 Warming-up
1. Play a short English video related to heroic figures to arouse students' interest.

Step 2 Grammar Review
1. Review the structure and usage of the result adverbial clause led by "so" through examples.
2. Do some grammar exercises, such as sentence transformation and filling in the blanks.
Step 3 Vocabulary Review
1. Display the key vocabulary of this module.
2. Help students recall the meanings and usages of the vocabulary through pictures, contexts and sentence-making.
Step 4 Listening Practice
1. Play a listening material related to the theme of this module.

2. Ask students to read the passage and answer questions, complete the table.

1. Summarize the key points of grammar and vocabulary reviewed in this class.

Step 8 Homework

Step 1 Revision Check
1. Randomly check the recitation of key vocabulary and phrases by students.

1. Give a writing topic:An Inspiring Person in My Life.
2. Guide students on how to conceive the article structure, including the beginning, the middle and the end.
(1)In the beginning, introduce the topic and the person.
