考点五 辨析among与between 直击中考考点考点一询问价格的句型［讲解详见本书七年级（上）Unit 4 P4］ 这两个词都有“提高,上升,增加”的意思，但其用法不同。具体区别如下：
辨析raise与rise考点二考点精讲 ◆raise→ raised (过去式)→raised（过去分词）,是及物动词，说明主语发出的动作是要作用于其他事物的，往往有使物体达到其应有的高度的含义。意为“ 提起，使升高，引起，扬起，提高，增加，筹款，召集，提出，养育”，可用于被动语态。如： ◆rise→rose(过去式)→risen（过去分词），是不及物动词，说明主语自身移向较高位置，意为“上升、升起、升高、上涨；起立、起身、起床”。常用于日、月、云、雾、烟、蒸汽、河水、温度、物价等，无被动语态。 The wind ________ (使升高) the fallen leaves from the garden.
