学情分析
大多数学生学习态度较端正,学习积极性较高,但学习习惯不是很好。独立解决问题的能力也比较差。大部分学生还存在着依赖性,不愿意自己探究知识,没有好的学习习惯,还要教师在今后的学习中进行渗透。针对学生的实际情况,采取以下措施: 一、积极思考、寻找出路不断尝试、摸索,调动大部分学生参与的积极性,提高课堂教学的效度。让更多的学生参与课堂的学习、讨论,变教师的知识传授为学生的主动获取,便于教师在教学中发现学生存在的问题、困惑,及时地帮助学生解决问题、困惑,做到从学生的实际情况出发,以全体学生的学为主要任务。 二、夯实双基,积累知识重视基础知识的积累,具体有这样三个措施: 1、编了一套基础知识讲义,有单词、词组、句子,单词是分为四会和三会的,我们也根据学生的能力有不同的要求,能力强的写单词的拼写,还要写词性,甚至音标,为高中学习做准备;能力一般的完成讲义的 要求就行,能力弱的只写四会或活用的、高频的部分单词。 2、从初一开始朗读、背诵相关的篇章。及早储备知识,减轻初三教学的压力。 3、坚持循环听写和背诵。学习英语的语感很重要。
效果分析
课堂教学是实施素质教育的主阵地。如何优化课堂教学,让课堂40分钟有限的教学时间焕发出无限的生命活力, 使学生真正成为学习的主人,这是广大教育工作者不懈追求的目标。针对英语教与学的现状,提出了一些提高英语课堂教学有效性的实践策略。
当前英语学科教学中,教师花费了大量的精力准备材料、组织教学活动,学生也积极参与了课堂教学活动。但是,大多数学生的知识积累、技能提升仍在原地踏步,较高的投入换来的是较低的教学效率。造成此种“高能低效”现象的原因是多方面的。
现象之一:教师提问缺乏有效性
教师课堂上的语言不够精炼,提问不明确,造成学生的无序思维、无效思维,影响课堂教学效率。教师经常采用的是一些肤浅的提问或直接都能找到答案的问题,如Yes or No? True or false? What? When? Where? How? 等,而这些问题大多缺少科学性和可研究性。这样的提问肯定是耗时低效的,课堂教学时间就在学生盲目的回答中空耗。
现象之二:课堂活动任务设计要么简单要么不具操作性或科学性
课堂活动,追求“量”忽视“质”,缺乏对活动内容“少而精”的提炼,没有深入开展探究,过多停留于表面上的热闹。在小组探究中,我们常看到这样的现象,场面热热闹闹,学生热火朝天,似乎人人都在参与,透过这种热闹的场面,我们不难看出其中的肤浅与浮躁。科学探究需要动手实验,但更需要冷静的思考与求索,没有思考也就没有研究。
现象之三:对学生活动的指令不清,个别学生无事可做,造成课堂时间浪费
探究学习强调学生的自主性。但在课堂探究中,常有许多学生不按照要求和规程进行操作,也不知道该怎么操作。有时候,组内的个别学生承担了小组探究的全部任务,成了小组的主角,部分学生在小组中只是一个旁观者。自主、合作、探究成了自由分散的活动,自主滑向了自流。
现象之四:课堂教学节奏松散
在英语课堂教学中,可以看到有些教师在松散的教学节奏中,任意让时间流失,教学情节颠来倒去,教学活动松松垮垮,一堂课学生没有掌握多少“有价值”的语言知识,而只是在松散、凌乱的课堂教学中度过。这些教师不检查自己的教学是否出了问题,反而抱怨教材容量大、课时紧、时间不够。
总之,英语课堂教学的有效性是一个需要不断探索、不断提高的课题。只要教师不断反思、不断总结,英语课堂教学不会最好,也会更好。

Section A(教学设计)
一、教学目标:
1.知识目标:学会询问别人对未来打算的单词和短语。
2.能力目标:能运用be going to do的句型询问别人的梦想目标及其答语。
3.情感态度目标:明确自己的梦想目标并为之努力学习。
4.学习策略:自觉完成课前任务,主动参与课堂活动,积极与人合作共处。
二、重点和难点:
1.教学重点:关于职业的名词。
2.教学难点:学习运用句型be going to +动词原形进行口语交际活动。
三、教学过程:
第一步:导入新课:一首be going to 歌曲导入Unit 2 ,活跃课堂气氛。出示多幅相片,让学生感知be going to 结构,如:Tomorrow I am going to plant trees.
The day after tomorrow I am going to go fishing.
Next weekend I am going to go shopping with my wife(妻子).
This evening I am going to go swimming .

教材分析
本课主要是通过对未来职业的谈论,以及几幅职业场景的图片将学生引入be going to 结构,引出第四种时态---一般将来时。通过问题What do you want to be when you grow up?How are you going to do that ?引入对话,呈现了本单元want to be 和 be going to 的重点句型,引导学生对自己的理想职业的打算和思考。
Section A部分难点在于学生对未来理想的憧憬多种多样,表达时受到词汇的限制,要帮助学生正确运用相关职业的词汇谈论自己的理想职业。运用be going to ,want to be 结构,谈论理想的内容和实现理想的举措是本部分的教学重点。建议加强师生、生生之间的对话互动,在激发学生英语学习兴趣的同时,增进相互的了解,提高运用英语的交际能力。

4.管理学生行为 要求学生小组对话展示时,其他同学对关键问题 内容在纸上进行记录;对话结束后教师对其中内容,提一个问题让同学回答。这种方式利于培养学生“倾听”的习惯,并使所有学生“有事可做”,杜绝了个别学生趁机自我放假的“休息”现象。

2.问题法和讨论法运用在活动中,学习运用What are you going to be when you grow up? How are you going to do that?两基本句型和be going to语法结构。如:师生问答,小组对话,情景采访,理想展示等。课堂气氛活跃。

5.教学灵活性和反应灵敏性 。本课学习运用到许多与职业有关的英语词汇。课本词汇表提供了一部分(课前集中识词时已学),而学对重点问题的观察记录:
1) 课堂结合话题成功地融入了情感教育。
2) 学生阐述理想时的精彩英语表达,建议词汇摘录本,不只是读几遍而已;“教读”可以 ,由提供词汇的学生去执行,这样可以为学生提供更多的自主发展空间。
议课时需要讨论的问题:
(1)问题:你做这个教学设计用了多长时间?你感觉哪个环节设计最费心思?课上完后你感觉哪个地方不太满意或上得不顺手?
(2)课堂进行到“分享你的梦想”环节时,几名学生精彩的英语阐述,已展示了学生综合运用英语的交际能力。学生课后作业安排“写写自己的理想”,这个任务其实在课堂上让学生写过两次了。
(3)这是一节参评录像课。它教了我们一些进行“评选课”的“招”。这节课我们都感觉“美!”, 但我们该怎么做使平时的英语课堂也让学生感到“美”?
议课交流记录:
(1)于淑英老师:每节课唱首英语歌是我们学校英语教学的特色。我认为结尾歌曲不能拿走。它对英语文化渗透,学习兴趣培养很有好处。
(2)许文娜老师:每一个环节都有一定道理,为什么要设这个教学环节?要有明确的意图和时间计划。歌曲有必要。音乐能创造氛围,画龙点睛,升华课堂。
(3)王建老师:它就是一节优质课,参评课,你不能按平常课去要求。有人帮做课件,有人想点子,是大家智慧的结晶。虽然是个人在展示,但需要一种底蕴,包括个人的综合素质。
(4)刘晓晓老师:对,我认同。它为我们如何体现新课改理念上好英语课提供了一种导向,在具体的任务处理上也提供了一些参考方法。我觉得王老师这节课值得我学习的地方很多,但我在考虑如何把一些好的做法运用到平时的课堂上或哪些地方能用上?

本节课主要学习职业名称和谈论对有关职业的将来规划。在教学中,我通过大量呈现图片,生动的直观的向同学们介绍了各种职业单词,并创设了相应的情境,让他们相应的即时操练。整个操作过程是听说读写四个步骤,一环套一环,环环相扣。不足之处是由于时间关系,有些地步没有尽情的展开。所以,虽然调动了学生的积极性,却没有让广大的学生充分的参与。
