学情分析
授课的孩子都是农村长大的孩子，英语基础薄弱，口语听力及英语写作能力较弱。部分学生甚至由于成绩差而丧失对英语的学习兴趣。本课教学谈论的话题theater是学生平时接触的少了解少的场所, 再加上现在的中学生思维能力较强，但注意力容易分散。因此，本课采取独立呈现,综合操练的方式,让学生逐渐理解消化.在本课教学过程中，在注重启发引导的同时，更要注重教学方法的灵活性，激发学生学习的兴趣，让学生乐于接受，易于接受。
教法：
为了更好的突出重点，突破难点，我主要采用了：
1、情景教学法：通过情景的创设让学生感知新知识，并通过知识的输出锻炼学生的表述能力。
2、 竞赛教学法：根据初中生争强好胜的性格特征，我每堂课都进行俩俩对话，激发学生兴趣，给学生创造外语语言氛围，培养学生集体荣誉感。
学法：
1、 善于抓住用英语交际的机会，充分感知，积极体验，大胆实践。例如pairwork环节。
2、 积极参与，善于合作。例如本课设计了几个任务，操作简单，学生一定很感兴趣并且积极参与，从而合作完成任务，培养了团队精神。
What’s the best movie theater？评测效果分析
本节课的评测练习共设计了10个小题。习题的设计以基础为主,紧扣本节重点最高级的练习,题型一个是选择,中考必有也是最常见的,另一个是局部翻译,由于本节课内容较多,语法很重要,在理解上也有一定的难度,所以评测目的在于学生理解正确运用形容词最高级,习题难度为中等照顾整体学生的水平,在下一节课之后逐渐加入拔高题,进行拓展。
评测等级：A等≥9；B等≥7；C等≥5。评测结果显示65℅的同学得分在A等以上，35℅的同学得分在B等以上。通过评测结果，大部分同学能够熟练掌握形容词最高级的变化形式，并能正确运用。出错原因主要在于部分同学形容词最高级前忘记加定冠词the；还有，不能通过标志词来判定最高级，这两点在今后教学中需重点强化。

一．教学内容分析
本课为人教版初中英语八年级上册第四单元的第一节课，学生通过对电影院的比较，了解形容词最高级的用法，通过练习和运用加以巩固。学会运用形容词最高级表达自己的观点，并有充足的论据做支持。通过本节课的学习，将会为同学们牢固掌握本单元知识打下坚实的基础。 三.教学目标
知识目标：1. 词汇及短语: comfortable , seat , screen , close , close to , quality , theater , cinema , radio , radio station .
2. 学习运用重点句型What's the best cinema? → Showtime Cinema. It's the cheapest.
能力目标：掌握一些形容词的比较级和最高级.
情感目标：学会快乐学习，学以致用。
四．教学难点
特殊形容词的比较级和最高级以及在句中的表达。
五．教学过程
一、导入
向学生展示三幅名人的图片（葛优、赵本山、潘长江），让他们在名人间进行比较。可以谈论他们的性格，体重，年龄，头发等。例：
Ge You is funny. Zhao Benshan is funnier. Pan Changjiang is the funniest of the three .
通过对明星的外形的比较，使学生有效地复习了前面学过的描述人、物的形容词，复习了比较级的用法，初步了解最高级的用法。
教师拓展提问T: What do they do?
Ss: They are actors.
T: Yes, and they acted many movies, right?
Ss: Yes.
T: Do you like movies? What’s your favorite movie theater ?
二、教学Section A－1a
1、向学生介绍“莱芜电影院”，谈论自己对这座建筑感受，引出文中的重要词汇：big screens, comfortable, seats, close , close to , friendly service, new movies, in a fun part of town ,quality ,…… Then ask Ss ：How do you choose a movie theater to go to ?出示图片，巩固以上所学新知识。
2、引导学生学习1a,要求他们将乐意去的电影院所具备的特征填在合适位置，完成1a部分的内容。
说明：通过图片使学生认识一些公共娱乐设施的表达方法,调动学生的积极性，在此基础上学习更多的单词。
三、学习形容词的最高级
1、出示三张电影院的图片，教师问: What’s the best movie theater?运用形容词的比较级和最高级对他们进行比较。例：Zijing Cinema is cheap. Xihu Cinema is cheaper. City Cinema is the cheapest.
分别运用：close to; big screens; friendly service ;popular; comfortable seats进行比较。
2、通过以上比较，要求学生简单总结归纳出形容词的比较级和最高级的变化规律。
四、教学Section A－1b
1．让学生阅读题目要求，明确听力目标，然后利用多媒体课件中的SectionA-1b语音部分，播放两遍，学生尝试自己写出答案。
2．教师随机提问几名学生，然后利用多媒体课件给出答案。若学生普遍反映听不懂听力材料，重放一遍录音，并针对比较难懂的部分进行讲解。
3、根据听力材料，完成填空，进一步巩固对听力的掌握。
五、教学Section A－ 1c
1．让学生观看 1a 中的图片，阅读 1c中的对话模式。
2．模访 1c中的对话模式，让学生结组编关于电影院的对话。
3. 教师提问几组学生展示他们的对话，针对对话中错误的语法以及语言知识进行改正。
说明：此时可引导学生课后走出图片，走进真实的环境。对学校或身边的公共娱乐设施进行比较，并得出结论。

???? 本课是初中英语鲁教版七年级（下册）第九单元section? A第一课时的内容.本单元的语言目标是：通过对事物进行比较，围绕话题进行交际。它是在学习了比较级的基础上学习最高级的用法。本课词汇量大，语法较难掌握。在实际教学过程中，处理较好的方面有：
1、导入
首先向学生展示三幅明星的图片（葛优、赵本山、潘长江），让他们在名人间进行比较。可以谈论他们的性格，体重，年龄，头发等。从学生熟悉的明星导入，让他们比较人物的特征等，进而复习形容词比较级，再过渡到最高级。这大概是本课最成功的地方。学生兴趣浓厚，课堂气氛活跃，目标语言也掌握得较好。
2、感受新知
通过向学生介绍“莱芜电影院”，谈论对这座建筑感受，引出文中的重要词汇。通过图片使学生认识一些公共娱乐设施的表达方法,调动学生的积极性，在此基础上学习更多的单词。
3、语法处理
本课语法较难，所以我选择把重点放在语言的运用上，先通过几家电影院的比较，让学生先运用大量的听说练习，对目标语言有一定的认识，然后再去归纳总结语法。由浅入深。
4、知识拓展
为了让学生更好地在情境中运用目标语言，在知识拓展中设计了free talk这一环节，让学生扮演记者采访，并把话题设计为谈论本班学生。学生的积极性很高，在分组表演时其他学生听得也很认真，并不时会有会意的笑声，课堂显得既轻松又活跃。
同时，我还设置了“考考你”这一环节，所谈论的话题与同学们所学各种知识密切相关，例如：What is the longest wall in the world? The Great Wall
既巩固了形容词比较级和最高级的知识，又引导学生将知识学以致用。
不足之处：
1、生词的处理上，还存在着不足，可大胆放手让学生自己去预习，教师在课上设置预习检测环节，着重检查预习情况；听力环节，可采用变式训练，进一步利用听力材料，更加充分地练习
2、在小组的运用上，未能进一步发挥小组的作用，小组评价不够及时；小组讨论未能很好的体现，学生参与度不够。
3、应进一步发挥多媒体辅助教学的作用，充分利用多媒体技术，图、文、声并茂，多角度、多途径、多方位为学生学习语言提供了大量的信息和模拟情景，为交际教学创造良好的语言环境，扩展课堂内容，活用教材，激活课堂。
课程标准的研究
本单元的主题是谈论自己喜好并进行比较。学生在话题活动中不仅掌握了形容词和副词最高级的构成及简单运用，还使学生学会了解与谈论他人喜好、特长，提高了学生语言应用能力。
语言学习不应该靠单纯的讲解和记忆来进行学习。缺乏真实情境，缺少使用的语境和意义的理解，学生很容易将语言知识遗忘。本单元主要围绕形容词和副词的最高级，对影院、服装店和餐馆等开展多种教学活动，让学生能使用比较级和最高级表述自己的喜好。教学内容与学生实际生活密切相关，很容易引发学生大胆进行口语交流。在教学中，教师可以使用图片、视频等进行教学，并适当创设真实的、贴近学生生活的语言情境，以提高学生的学习效果。
Section A 1a—1c通过图文和听力活动创设真实语境，引导学生谈论电影院的各项特点，学生学会对电影院场所及硬件设施等条件进行分析、比较。在教学中，教师要结合课堂教学的具体内容，向学生介绍和示范不同的英语学习策略，把学生培养成自主学习者；同时，教师要创造性地利用和开发现实生活中鲜活的英语学习资源，积极地利用音像、书报杂志、网络信息等，拓展学生学习和运用英语知识的能力。
