/ e /是双元音，发音时，由/e/音滑向/ /音，前重后轻，口形随之变化。
① 这是一个双元音，发音时先发第一个音/e/(
比单独发音时开口略小一点)。
②嘴唇向两侧微分，舌尖轻抵下齿背，舌前继续
向两侧分开一些，舌前部相应抬高，舌端靠近下齿
，向第二个音/i/滑动。
③ 牙床由半开到接近半合，由大到小。音量从强到弱
④ 发这个音的要诀是前长后短，前重后轻。
